Salesforce Refresh Token Rotation (RTR) - Central Version Upgrade Required
Overview
Rapidi is enabling Refresh Token Rotation (RTR) on the Salesforce Connected App on 15 June 2026. RTR is a new Salesforce security feature where a new refresh token is issued every time the current one is used. This requires Rapidi to handle token rotation correctly - which is supported from central version 4.2.01m onwards.
Any central service not upgraded to 4.2.01m (or later) before 15 June 2026 will lose the ability to connect to Salesforce.com and all transfers will fail with the following error:

What's New in Version 4.2.01m
- Refresh Token Rotation (RTR) support - Rapidi correctly handles Salesforce's token rotation, storing the newly issued refresh token on every use.
How to Upgrade
Upgrading the central Rapidi version requires the Rapidi support team.
Recommendation: Always upgrade your Test service first to validate that everything works as expected before upgrading Production.
Rapidi support will coordinate the upgrade and confirm when each service is complete.
Before the Upgrade: Re-authorize Your Salesforce Connection
You will need to re-authorize your Salesforce connection in MyRapidi so the connection is up and running.
