- Rapidi is hosted in a high availability and high security hosting center (AWS - Amazon Web Services). You can select to be hosted either in EU (Frankfurt region) or US (West Oregon region).
- our Hosting Partner (OpSourced LLC) monitors our central servers and processes (database servers, web servers, application servers, etc.) and takes action within a few minutes if something is not running.
- This combination gives us almost 100% uptime and 24 hours monitoring of our applications and processes (not just the servers) by some very well-skilled people that are ready to act in a possible failure situation in order to get things running again as quickly as possible.
