The Tenant 'Default' is Not Accessible

Scenario: You attempt to access a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web Service endpoint configured for a specific tenant (e.g., multi-tenant deployment), but the specified tenant is not accessible or available.
Error MessageReceiving the below error every time I run the Schedule = G_SERVICE_NAVSQL001_NAV_US_COMPANY The error E2121 - ECE_SOAPFaultResponse: We received an error response from the server: FaultCode: Client String.....: The tenant 'default' is not accessible. detail: [string: The tenant 'default' is not accessible. Attributes: xmlns = "http://schemas.microsoft.com/2003/10/Serialization/"].

Cause:

  1. The tenant name in the Web Service URL is incorrect.
  2. The tenant has not been mounted or is not active.
  3. The tenant configuration in the Dynamics NAV Server Administration tool is misconfigured.

Resolution:

  1. Verify the Tenant Name
  • Confirm the tenant name being used in the Web Service URL is correct.

2. Check Tenant Configuration:

  • Ensure the tenant configuration file is correctly set up and points to the appropriate database.

3. Check connection details in myrapidi

  • Ensure that the name and path of the server hosting the NAV Web Services are correct ( ' Server Connect').
