<div>The <strong>Rapidi MCP (Model Context Protocol)</strong> server exposes Rapidi's integration platform to AI assistants such as Claude. By connecting an AI agent to the Rapidi MCP, you can manage connections, transfers, schedules, logs, and more - entirely through natural language, without needing to navigate the Rapidi web interface.<br><br></div><div>The MCP follows the standard Model Context Protocol specification, meaning it works with any MCP-compatible AI client.<br><br></div><div><strong>What you can do with the Rapidi MCP:<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>Create, update, test, and delete connections to ERP, CRM, and database systems</li><li>Build and configure transfers, including field mappings, filters, and default values</li><li>Create and manage schedules to automate data sync</li><li>Monitor logs and diagnose errors</li><li>Run transfers on demand and track their progress in real time</li><li>Manage groups, RTI (RunTime Information), tags, agents, and support cases</li><li>Send email and Slack notifications</li><li>Search Rapidi documentation</li></ul><div><strong>A note on access levels<br></strong><br></div><div>The functions available to the AI agent are scoped to <strong>your Rapidi account's permissions</strong>. When the agent connects to the MCP, it can only see and execute the functions your account is authorized for. This means:<br><br></div><ul><li>Users with restricted roles may see fewer available functions than a full administrator.</li><li>The articles in this wiki document the full set of functions available to an administrator account.
