Scenario: You attempt to consume a NAV Web Service using the wrong username/password or without setting the correct permissions in NAV.
Error Message: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized
Cause: The user does not have the necessary permissions or the credentials provided are invalid.
Resolution:
- Verify that the user has access to the Web Service and that the correct role center or permission set is assigned in NAV.
- Double-check the credentials being used (username, password, or API key).
- Ensure that the connection set up in myrapidi has the correct credentials. Update them, if necessary and click on Test to ensure that the connection is successful.
